Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process an order?

Packing and preparing an artwork for shipping takes a little time as we want to ensure that your painting is packaged securely to minimise the chance of damage in transit.  So please allow 3 – 5 business days for your artwork to be wrapped and packed and on its way.

Local Pick-up/Delivery

If you live locally in the Adelaide area, free pick-up or delivery is preferred.  We would be happy to bring the artwork to you or for you to pick it up at my studio if preferred.  Hand delivery reduces the chances of damage in transit and also means you’ll get your painting much sooner!  An email will be sent to all local customers on order to arrange an appropriate date/time for delivery or pick-up.

Australia-wide Flat Rate Delivery

If you are outside the local area but residing in Australia then your artwork will be delivered to you at a flat rate of $50.  The package will be delivered through Australia Post or another trusted courier service.  Once the parcel is on it’s way, you’ll receive an email notification and be able to track your parcel on its journey. 

International Delivery

International Delivery has to be calculated individually.  Artworks are bulky items so although they are not very heavy, they are expensive to deliver.  A large painting going to the UK, for example, could cost around $500 just for delivery.

However, there is a much cheaper alternative!  Canvases can be detached from their frame and rolled for shipping in a simple packing tube.  This is not an unusual way of transporting canvases and reduces the cost of shipping enormously.  Once it’s delivered, you would just need to go to any reputable framer and they would be able to re-stretch the canvas and have it ready to hang.

So for our international customers we will contact you by email to discuss the best delivery options and get an individual quote for you. Should we not be able to find a suitable shipping solution, your purchase will be refunded within 14 days.

Warranty

We do not include a warranty on shipping although you can, of course, organise your own insurance on the item.

Refunds and Returns

We are more than happy to refund your purchase if you are unhappy with your work or if there is any damage in transit.  Please refer to our full Refund and Return Policy for more details.
